A couple of weeks ago I attended Hispanicize where I was a speaker for the fourth consecutive year. Imagine being in sunny Miami and getting pampered every day, kind of a dream come true if you ask me! That’s right, I visited Orgullosa’s Living Fabulosa lounge, where I got my makeup done with COVERGIRL. I definitely felt like a Queen every time I left the lounge. My good friend and celebrity makeup artist, Aileen Quintana left me feeling truly fabulosa by matching me with the perfect shade of TruBlend Foundation that offers natural, dewy coverage.
While in Miami I also had the opportunity to do a fashion segment with Telemundo’s morning show, Un Nuevo Dia. I always get very excited when I get to share my fashion/beauty tips on TV (I went to school for Journalism) but this time, it was extra special because it was a National TV segment and that meant that a lot of you, could watch too.
Besides doing TV, attending different panels, getting pampered at Orgullosa’s Living Fabulosa lounge and being a speaker at the conference, I also made time to go to the beach and hang out by the pool – who wouldn’t right? Overall it was an amazing experience and I’m already looking forward to next year!
Hace un par de semanas fui a la Conferencia de Hispanicize, donde tuve la oportunidad de hablar en un panel por cuarto año consecutivo. Imagínate estar en la rica ciudad de Miami y además que te mimen por cinco días. Si me preguntas a mí, es todo un sueño hecho realidad. Y es que todos los días que estuve allá, visite el lounge Living Fabulosa de Orgullosa donde COVERGIRL me maquillo y dejo como toda una reina. Durante mi estadia en Miami también tuve la oportunidad de hacer un segmento de moda en Un Nuevo Dia por Telemundo. Siempre me pongo super contenta cuando voy a hacer un segmento en televisión, pero esta vez fue aún más especial, ya que iba a ser a nivel nacional. Lo cual significaba que muchas de ustedes me iban a poder ver.
Además de hacer mi segmento de televisión, asistir a diferentes charlas, vivir mimada por COVERGIRL y hablar en la conferencia, también hice un tiempecito para ir a la playa y pasar rato en la piscina. Los cinco días que estuve en Miami la pase riquísimo y espero volver a visitar esa bella ciudad muy pronto.
