Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tints for Eyes

I recently got on the mail the Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for Eyes and I immediately wanted to try them! They look fun but I wanted to see if they did the work.

What I like?

  • They are creamy, easy to apply and they don't crease - at least in the four  hours that I wore them.
  • I love hat I don't need a sharpener since the chubby stick comes with it's own twist up.
  • The colors are soft so you can wear them during the day but you can intensify the look at night by applying more.
  • Unlike other eye shadows there's no excess product that falls on your face.
  • I love the shimmer because it is subtle and it doesn't look like you are going to a Halloween party.
  •  I think they will be great for Spring and Summer.

What I don’t like?

  • The only thing I didn't love about them is that because they are a little thicker it is hard to apply to the inner eyelid

Recientemente me mandaron estas sombras de ojos de Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for Eyes e inmediatamente las quise probar ya que se veían súper  chic pero queria ver si eran tan buenas como parecían.

¿Por que me gustan?

  • Por que son cremosas, facil de aplicar y no se corren - al menos en las cuatro horas que las use.
  • Me encanta que no necesito un tajador para sacarle punta.
  • Los colores son suaves, ideales para usarlos a diario. O en la noche,  aplicando mas color.
  • Me gusta el brillo que tienen por que se ve natural.
  • A diferencia de otras sombras, no hay residuo que se caiga en tu cara.
  • Creo que van a ser ideales para esta primavera/verano.

¿Lo que no me gusta?

  • Como los tubitos son gruesos, es dificil aplicarte la sombra en la parte interior del parpado.

The Sleek Ponytail

I’ve been into graphic sweaters a lot lately; you could say that I have fallen in love with them! I think they are more versatile than people think. I have worn them with jeans, skirts, tights and leather pants. I think they go with almost everything. The graphic sweater that I’m wearing on these pictures is probably my favorite one. I love the print, the colors and it’s also long enough that I can just wear it with tights underneath!

I wore this outfit when I was in the Bay Area – yes, no need for a jacket since it doesn’t get that cold there – to go out to dinner with my girlfriends. I wanted to look chic but be comfortable, so I thought this was the perfect combo. As far as my hair goes, I didn’t want to wear it down, mainly because I wanted the print to be the center of attention and not my hair. That’s why I decided to do a sleek ponytail. Plus it only takes about a minute to do it. So, if you are in a hurry, I highly recommend you go for a sleek ponytail, it’s classy, simple and quick to do. All you need is a brush, a hair tie and hair spray to set the ponytail; I personally use L'Oreal Elnett hair spray. Did you like this look?

Definitivamente este Otoño/Invierno los sueteres graficos se han vuelto en mis mejores amigos. Y es que son mas versatiles de lo que la gente piensa. Yo me los he puesto con jeans, faldas, mallas y hasta pantalones de cuero. La verdad es que van con casi todo. Este sueter grafico de Zara es mi preferido, me encanta el estampado y los colores.

Este outfit lo use cuando estuve en San Francisco para salir con mis amigas. Queria estar comoda pero verme chic a la vez, por lo que pense que este look era perfecto. Como se han dado cuenta, por lo general llevo el cabello suelto, pero esta vez queria hacerme una cola para que el sueter sea el protagonista y no mi cabello. Ademas de tomar solo un minuto en hacertela se ve chic. Asi que la proxima vez que estes apurada hazte una cola y asusto resuelto. Lo unico que necesitas es un cepillo, una banda elastica y laca; yo en lo personal uso Elnett de L'Oreal.

Zebra Coat to Meet Vanessa Lachey

Last week I met the fabulous Vanessa Lachey along Irma Martinez, sylist, and Robert Verdi, TV host and stylist, at the Have You Tried This Yet? event from P&G. It was fun chatting up with them about beauty, fashion and everything in between! I always thought Vanessa was beautiful but let me tell you, that she is even more gorgeous in person and she is also very down to earth. Onto the outfit, so when I first purchased this zebra jacket, I was not sure if I loved it,  but now I'm obsessed. Would you wear a zebra coat?

La semana pasada tuve la oportunidad de conocer a Vanessa Lachey, Irma Martinez, asesora de imagen para varios artistas entre ellos Thalia y a Robert Verdi en un evento de P&G. Fue super divertido hablar con ellos y compartir tips de moda y belleza. A mi Vanessa siempre me ha parecido una chica linda, pero la verdad que en persona lo es mucho mas, ademas es super buena gente. New York Fashion Week Fall 2013 - Day 6

Yes, I'm bright and I like it hahaha. Blue, yellow and leopard is what I wore to attend my last shows at New York Fashion Week, Milly by Michelle Smith (pictures below) and Falguni and Shane Peacock (very futuristic). I specially fell in love with all the bags at Milly by Michelle Smith and the collection gave me a few ideas how to rock a sweatshirt and bright colors!

Urban Decay Super Saturated High-Gloss Lip Color

Can I just tell you that I'm crazy about these Urban Decay Super Saturated High-Gloss Lip Color .

Why do I love them?

  • Because they are creamy, last for a long time and the colors are so bright.
  • One of my favorite lip colors right now has to be Urbay Decay Super Saturated High-Gloss in punch drunk. The color is just a gorgeous bright orange and it looks great on olive/dark skin. You've seen me wear this color a lot, from doing my TV segments, to events and Fashion Week.
  • I also tried Big Bang (second color below) it's a bright pink with sparkles and Adrenaline (first color below) is a hot fuchsia with glitter.

What I don't love?

  • I don't like that you have to sharpen them. That means that you have to invest on the right sharpener in case you don't have one. I had to buy one from Urban Decay.
  • I have to tell you that if you like gloss, you are not going to get a lot of that from these lip colors. I had to apply a gloss after.

¿Porque me encantan?

  • Por que son cremosos, duran bastante y los colores son llamativos
  • Uno de mis lapiz labiales favoritos ahorita tiene que ser Urbay Decay Super Saturated High-Gloss en punch drunk, un naranja bien fuerte. Ya me han visto usar este color en television, para eventos y en la Semana de la Moda de Nueva York.
  • Tambien he probado dos colores mas de esta coleccion. Big Bang (el segundo de abajo) es un color rosado fuerte con escarcha y Adrenaline (el primer color abajo) es un tono fucsia con escarcha tambien.

¿Lo que no me gusto?

  • Que lo tienes que tajar, por lo que si no tienes un tajador para este tipo de lapiz tienes que comprar uno
  • Que no tiene mucho brillo, por lo que a veces tengo que aplicarme un brillo encima
